SMS Terms and Conditions
These SMS Terms apply to the Intersection Advisory, LLC text messaging program.

1. Program Overview
By opting in to text messages from Intersection Advisory, LLC ("Intersection Advisory"), you agree to receive SMS communications related to our advisory services, scheduling, updates, and occasional promotional messages.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you authorize Intersection Advisory, LLC to send recurring SMS messages to that number. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and preferences. You may receive up to 10 recurring messages per month, with occasional increases during active engagements or time-sensitive communications.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Intersection Advisory, LLC does not charge separate SMS fees, but carrier charges may apply.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message from Intersection Advisory. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS unless you opt back in.

7. Privacy and Data Use
Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are used only for communications from Intersection Advisory, LLC as described in our policies. No mobile information will be shared or sold with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties.
8. Carrier and Availability Disclaimer
Supported by major U.S. carriers; however, carrier participation, message delivery speed, and service availability are not guaranteed in all regions and may vary by device and network.
